Asharqia Chamber represented by the training center organizes 3
training programs to be held during October 2017 in its branches in Jubail (Fanater) and Khafji.
The program is based on the basic skills that help the industrial security man to improve his duties to the fullest which might occur in the facility, with the identification of the latest methods to prevent these cases.
The program focuses on the general tasks and responsibilities of the
industrial security man, the most important principles and values of
this profession, the importance of appearance and general behavior and
its impact on performance, and methods of effective communication with
the masses of different personalities and difficult patterns.
The program, which takes place over 3 days from 5 pm to 9 pm, is aimed
at industrial security personnel and all security sector personnel from
supervisors, administrators and security officials of all places and
the nature of their work.
The Chamber will also hold a seminar on the new Saudi labor system and
its implementation mechanism in Jubail on Sunday, October 22, to
explain the definitions and provisions in the new Saudi labor
regulations and the most important data, including the definition of
wages and actual wages.
The program, which is held for men and women over the course of 4 days
from 5 pm to 9 pm, deals with the rights, duties, obligations of the
employer, the resulting actions and his representative, and the rights,
duties and obligations of the worker towards the employer.
In Khafji, the Chamber organizes a program for men titled "Skills
of excellence and creativity" which aims at providing participants with
the skills of effective planning to deal with stress and the latest
means to achieve the best results in the work.
The program, which will be held on Monday, October 23, will discuss
models of excellence in performance, transformation of challenges into
opportunities, ethics of work in different environments, dealing with
cultural differences, analysis of models of job creation and linking
them to the work environment.
The
program, which is held over 4 training days from 5 pm to 9 pm, is directed to employees in the private and government sectors, administrators,
supervisors and team leaders, who wish to improve performance and
achieve career success.
