Asharqia Chamber organizes a lecture in English entitled (Latest developments in commercial arbitration)
Global lecturer Tim Martin reviews the available means to resolve disputes
AsharqiaChamber organizes tomorrow evening, Sunday, January 16, 2011 lecture in English entitled (Latest developments in commercial arbitration) at the Chamber headquarter in Dammam.
Asharqia Chamber Acting Secretary General Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al Wabel said that the global lecturer Tim Martin will discuss during the lecture at 7:00 pm which is moderated by the Lawyer Dr. Saud Al Ammari highlighting several topics including: Definition of commercial arbitration and highlights its importance in the world and provides a comparative study on international and local commercial arbitration from the reality of his personal experience.
He also noted that Martin will review the available means to resolve differences and disputes in the commercial arbitration along with the importance of management planning in solving this issue, also highlights the importance of the item of dispute settlement in the success of the business.
Furthermore; he will speak on the main elements of the settlement of disputes and resolve differences through arbitration and how the person can control the time and costs during the arbitration, also discuss means of implementing the provisions of the arbitration and finally explaining what arbitration means for local and foreign partners, stressing that the chamber will provide an Arabic translation for the during the lecture.
