Al-Khafji Business Council examines ways to deepen relationship with Kuwait investors
Council currently preparing a study to establish a holding company for strategic storage and logistic support
Asharqia Chamber Business Council in Al-Khafji province searched ways of deepen the relationship with Kuwait investors due to the geographical proximity and the growing need for more joint projects.
Chairman of the Council Mohammed Bin Suliman Al-Bluwi throughout the meeting held recently on Tuesday, 22 March, 2011 in which decided to form a working group to monitor investment opportunities in the province, as an introduction to invite interested investors to take advantage of it in which reflected on the economies of the province.
Al-Bluwi revealed that Council is currently preparing a study to establish a holding company for strategic storage and logistical support, and to benefit from Al Khafji strategic location on the Persian Gulf and its proximity to Kuwait.
On the other hand; Council has prepared several axes in which the Board intends to discuss with officials in Al-Khafji Joint Operations, most prominent of these is the retail of giant projects adopted by the "Joint Operations" as an introduction to greater participation by businessmen in the province, especially the SME's and cost reduction.
