Al-Jawaini: We have new initiatives that we will launch after completing their preparation
Turki Al-Jawain, Director General of the Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) urged all companies and institutions to benefit from the fund's support, knowing that they do not require any papers or documents other than registration in the application of (Taqat).
Al-Jawaini said during a remote meeting organized by the Asharqia Chamber represented by the Businessmen Council on Thursday 16/4/2020 under the title (Initiative to support the employment of Saudis for small and medium enterprises) that the registration procedures are simple and the response from the fund quickly, especially with regard to small and medium enterprises, is necessary to register their employees in programs the funds is (Sanad) program as both initiatives are complementary to each other.
Al-Jawaini said that about 80,000 Saudi citizens were employed from June 1, 2019, with salaries ranging from 4 thousand to 15 thousand riyals, knowing that there are new initiatives for support that will be announced in due course.
Al-Jaweeni added: "The registration end date has not been determined yet, noting that only 50% have been registered so far, and we aspired to register 100%."
He stated that the fund at the present time works within an integrated system to deal with the crisis and work after the crisis, and we are currently looking at the most affected and working to support them, and we will not delay in introducing any support mechanisms as needed. He pointed out that there are a number of initiatives that are still under preparation that will be launched once they are completed and elaborated. He emphasized that the fund through its representatives in all regions works together with businessmen and owners of small and medium enterprises and the Saudi employee and will not provide an effort to support the private sector and employ Saudis, this is our goal and mission and he said that the management of the fund and its branches in various regions of the Kingdom work together to support the sector Private and employment support .. Emphasizing by saying: "We do not claim perfection, there are problems that may happen here and there, but we communicate with everyone to avoid them and make the support process run smoothly for all of the fund's beneficiaries.
