Advisor to review the importance of standardized contracts for East Chamber equipment rental
The East Chamber representative by the Rental Equipment committee organized a lecture entitled (standard contracts) incubating the headquarters of the Chamber Thursday, March 5, 2015.
The general secretary of the Chamber Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Alwabil said that the lecture hosts adviser Ibrahim al-Bahri, speaking in terms of reviewing the importance of creating a unified contract for hire, an essential step for the advancement of the sector, by keeping the rights of all the relevant parties to this activity.
Alwabil pointed out that the Chancellor Al Bahri will discuss with the audience many of the positive aspects of the application of the standard contract, where he will discuss the goals and benefits of unified contract for equipment rental, and the consequences of its implementation, such as preserving the rights of the lessor, through the provision of guarantees and standardization of contracts, and that means the unification of style legal contract, and ultimately raise the performance level in the leasing sector.
On the other hand on Mr. Fayez Al Yousuf Chairman of the East Chamber Equipment Leasing called specialists to come to the lecture, which will provide information that contribute to the development of the mechanism of action in the sector, and enrich the lecture views and interventions that provide new and important information in this area, pointing out that the lecture is part of the activities of a series been approved in the work of the Commission for the current 2015 plan.
