The executive director Abdullah bin Ali Almajdouie has urged young people to
benefit from the experiences of their parents in the field of life, and
stressed the need for continuing education, also stressed that science is
a powerful weapon in the hands of man.
This was in the mid of "my experience" program that was held by the
Eastern Chamber represented by Youth business Council Tuesday night, March 22,
2016 in the main headquarters where he told his experiences in the field of
science and work and reviewed the most important learned lessons,
stressing that he learned alot from his father, the founder Ali
Almajdouie, the most important details and secrets of work since he was a
little boy, where he attended his father's work in the port of Dammam, although
he was a student at elementary school. During the meeting managed by Khalid bin
Mohammed Alshneber member of the Council,Almajdouiepointed that young
entrepreneurs need science to be provided with culture in all
fields so that he can make a distinctive investment work, and how keen my
father was to implement it that he wanted me to study and continue my studies

Almajdouie went on in the meeting which witnessed a splendid crowd saying: me
entering the university was a coincidence my father asked me to complete my
studies of the University and i filed to the King Fahd University of Petroleum
and Minerals and was accepted, and then continued until completed master's
thesis, and that helped me in the interest in the knowledge of work
developing so that our companies could get a good reputation and its
local and internaional work is well organized. He said: Some may wonder about
what is best for the person, to start his business or to remain in his job, and
here I advise him to study his situation, some people gain from his job
more than he earns by trade in his business and everything is up to controlling
the individual his life path, there are those who present distinguished
ideas that profit them, and there are those who repeat the works themselves and
do not achieve much, and the young man should remember always that the
cost of not making decision is much more than failing to take it at all, and he
must always follow his passion ,hence success is not linked to the
commitment of one's work or moving to self-employment. And about the successful
self-made person characteristics ALMAJDOUIE said that he possess the
distinctive qualities that draw his way, including: he has a deep vision of
things, clarity of purpose, courage in decision making and patience, stressing
that life is full of challenges and between every challenge and
another the opportunity exists, opportunities age does not end but it is
about choosing the person to them, pointing that the diversity of the
business is considered a widespread phenomenon in Asia and the Middle East, but
in Europe and America, specialization is dominant And about the
importance of the guiding person the beginnings of the youth Almajdouie said,
in youth and before gaining experience our vision might be foggy sometimes and
we see things scattered, so we need a person who give us advice and
guidance so that we can complete the journey.
And about his experience turning their companies into a holding group, Almajdouie
said: that the process of transformation which began with the support of
founding father, he is always going to have a renewed vision, and encourages us
to all that is new and develop our business, and with the bliss of God we
were able as a second generation to march in careful steps toward
transformation pointing that the biggest challenge facing family businesses is
succession and succession in the company's leadership, conflict settling and
thank god we were able to achieve the transformation without being
exposed to these challenges, our start in the subject was in the presence of
specialized seminars in this field, and lectures interested in reviewing
the experiences of trans companies, until the idea was formed and we started to
implement it.
Almajdouie pointed that there are companies that continue and companies that
vanish, and the reason to continue is after God blessing is the application of
the system of governance and transparency.
And about the attitudes that have influenced his life in general, he said that
after graduating from the university he has thought that he was the best
skipping the experience factor, and he was focusing on formalities and did not
care for practical things , then the founding father called him and told him
