During a meeting on the occasion of the International Day of Small and Medium Enterprises:
A specialist confirms the priority of training on establishing facilities and launching operations
An expert in marketing and strategic planning, trainer Abdullah Al-Saad (Master in Marketing Psychology), explained that the success of entrepreneurs is through the most important sequence in the success of projects, which is "training, establishment, and operations)... stressing the importance of partnerships in all three steps.
This came during a meeting organized by the Asharqia Chamber represented by the Small and Medium Enterprises Center (remotely) on Sunday 27 June 2021 on the occasion of the International Day for Small and Medium Enterprises. He said that starting training before establishment is the safest way to achieve success in projects, and this is not done through academic and theoretical study. Not only, but this kind of training should be done from the field. Stressing that few large institutions provide real training for individuals, and all the programs that are implemented are a theory that we cannot describe as the real training that should take place before establishment.
He mentioned that the pre-establishment training redefines many terms that may be absent from some entrepreneurs, such as the functions of the departments in the facility, for example, the only department that provides strategic planning is the marketing department, and other than that, the tasks of other departments are supportive and far from strategic planning Quality management plays the role of monitoring the progress of operations, while market studies, which are at the heart of strategic planning, are carried out by the marketing department. Training also restores the image to define the product, which includes the commodity, service, the place that is rented, the idea, and consultation, all of which fall within the definition of the product.
He concluded that the entrepreneur, before the establishment process, must comprehend the details of the establishment process, planning mechanisms, human and non-human resources management, quality systems, marketing strategies, etc., and this must be done by integrating theory with practice, and in this field, it is not forbidden to resort to partners (institutions). or individuals.
The second step is the establishment. He made it clear that this should be done after the goals are clear, and in this regard, it is done through official channels (the required licenses), and after the establishment, the operations start according to specific plans.
