A public lecture to address disagreements family business next Sunday
The East Chamber organize in collaboration with Ernst & Young Advisory Day next Sunday, March 15, 2015 at nine thirty in the morning a public lecture on "The proper treatment of the differences in the family business" by the head of the Center of Excellence for family businesses in the Middle East and North Africa in the company Lutfi Qasim Shehadeh.
The lecture held the main center of the Chamber in Dammam targeting current leaders and future of family businesses, whether men or women, as the lecturer presents the reasons and motives of the emergence and development of conflict in the family business, based on the fact that the differences are most important and the most serious causes that may lead to the failure of family businessescontinue to carry out its tasks properly, and possibly bankruptcy or resolution, in addition to what has caused these differences in generating feelings of hatred and resentment and estrangement, and possibly hostile acts and proceedings before the courts.
The lecture aims to provide reading and analysis of the many reasons and motivations that give rise to conflicts and development, providing all records of views in the problems and conflicts, and processing mechanisms, because of this matter of importance.
And the records of Lutfi Shehadeh has long experience of over 35 years in the field of consulting about (assessment and analysis of mergers and acquisitions transactions, reorganization and restructuring, and governance) in many of the major family businesses in the Middle East and North Africa,
It is noteworthy that the Chamber had been allocated a place for women who want to attend the lecture on the island hall.
