On Monday, October 29, 2018, Asharqia Chamber, and in cooperation with the General Authority for Zakat and Tax, organizes a workshop on the Value Added Tax (VAT) and registration steps at the Chamber's headquarters at 10 am.
The workshop aims to help enterprises whose annual revenues exceed SR375,000 to register for VAT, and to introduce the business sector in the Eastern Region of the steps required for the registration process, the accounting system and procurement management, in addition to the definition of how to calculate VAT and the method of filing a tax return.
The workshop targets all establishments in the Eastern Province which are not yet registered.
The workshop highlights the steps required to support their readiness to register with VAT, in addition, it provides a wide range of tools and information that is a useful reference for enterprises to achieve their readiness.
This workshop is part of a series of events organized by the General Authority for Zakat and Tax in cooperation with the Chambers of Commerce in the Kingdom, in order to raise the readiness of enterprises and ensure their understanding of value added tax, in addition to knowing the facilities for the steps required to complete the preparation process.
