This was during the visit of a high level U.S. business delegation to the ChamberyesterdayMonday, February 4, 2013. In attendance wereAbdulrahman bin Abdullah Al Wabel, Secretary General of theChamber,Edward Burton,President and Managing Director of the U.S.-Saudi Arabian Business Council(USSABC), andPeterO'Neill,Head of Pennsylvania trade mission.
The latest statisticsconfirmed that thebilateral trade volumebetween the two countriesin 2011amounted to61.3 billion,which represents an increase by 42.5 per centcompared to last yearasthe value ofSaudi importsfrom the United States reached$ 13.8 billion, whileSaudi exports tothe United States roseto$47.5billion.
