Asharqia Chamber releases the 18 edition of the bulletin
«family»
Newly
released the 18th copy of the Bulletin «family», launched by Asharqia
Chamber represented by the media adminstration, every
three months to shed light on the family business sector locally, regionally
and internationally.
It
included a variety of topics about family businesses and ways to maintain
sustainability, by showing experiences and realistic local, regional and international family companies that have been
able to maintain the sustainability of their business through the generations, such
as the experience of «the Hikma for medicines» company, which is originally a
Jordanian company, that has become one of the biggest pharmaceutical
companies in
the world for its commitment to the institutional principles.
Also
it included a dialogue at length with the Chairman of
Saudi company Taazur, about the company and its business and future plans related
to governance, as well as the presentation of the companies Governance book: Principles
and the general framework, which is newly released by the committee of money
paper and goodies in the United Arab Emirates.
The
bulletin also presented the conferences and forums related to governance and
institutionalization and reactions of the family business procedures, by shedding
light on the second stock market in Saudi Arabia, which aims to accommodate
small and medium projects and family seeking to maintain their privacy.
The
bulletin reviewed the second Regional Forum of the Pearl Initiative, hosted in Dubai in
October 2016 titled (the application of sustainability, Business sector and the
international sustainable development goals), in which 166 companies in the
Gulf and Arab region were willingly obliged to consider the sustainable development a priority
as it is as a an essential bases to the business.
