Stephen: Learning and technology capable of expanding the business pioneers and entrepreneurs
Professor Stephen James from INSEAD university during lecture held Thursday 7 November 2013 on the sidelines of the youth business East Forum 2013 organized by the Chamber in partnership with Dhahran international exhibitions sponsored by the Governor of the Eastern Province, his Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Naif, the successful entrepreneur is focused on relationships and to seize investment opportunities. James said during a lecture attended by interested college students including students of INSEAD, the Business Administration Department at King Faisal that the entrepreneur has the characteristics are: persistence, creativity, risk and responsibility and activity in addition to the permanent question of details acts, enthusiasm and finally the self-made. He explained that business leaders have a lot of advantages to being treated as leaders, entrepreneurs often opposing managers and administrators who ask them to be more in keeping with the known and less risky ways.
The life process indicated that most entrepreneurs working in leading teams and has an ambitious goal, which you pay to build the company. The entrepreneur strengthens and supports with great hope and emotion towards the goal and transforms the dream into reality, and on the risk that the entrepreneur takes calculated risk costs and how to get to (or create) the market, how to meet customer needs as they convince others to join them. He pointed out that there are important factors to expand the work of innovators including continuous learning and benefit from the training courses and the use of technology and social networking sites. Finally the President of the Executive Board of the Youth business Council honored Professor Stephen James with Memorial shield.
