• Asharqia Chamber organizes in cooperation with the Saudi Exports Development Committee  on Tuesday and Wednesday (2728 / July / 2016), a number of workshops to review the most important services  presented by each of the Saudi Export Program, and the Saudi Food and drug Authority for the exporters, and the definition of customs clearance procedures, and sales contracts in foreign trade, and so on.
  The first day (Tuesday, 07/27/2016) two workshops will held , the first   one discusses (certificates and permissions of exporting healthy food and products ), and the second (customs clearance), In the first workshop, which will be held (at 9:00 until the 12:00) a presentation about the services presented by Saudi food and drug Authority for exporters regarding the validity certificate of  food and  drug exporting, and then answering inquiries by exporters ..
  In the second workshop (12:00 - 4 pm) it will be presenting informations about customs clearance, and its steps, and all the customs clearance requirements, and how is the work of the customs procedures of exports, and getting to know about the customs clearance role in export process, and steps to customs clearance, and the expected problems  in customs clearance and ways to handle it, also the identification of the Saudi customs system, the internal environment (Saudi strategy for export, customs, documents and procedures), and the external environment (World trade Organization, regional conventions) .. also it discusses the most important systems and ways of the various shipping ways, and the basis and rules of  origin certificates.
  The second day (Wednesday, 28/07/2016) two workshops will be held  about (financing and warranty of exports) in 9:00 until 12:00, and (documentary Credit Letters in (12:00 - 4 pm) .. The first workshop discusses the services presented by the Saudi exports program, and then it answers inquiries by exporters about the program .. the second workshop (documentary Credit Letters ) held at 12 o'clock in the afternoon until 4 in the afternoon will discuss sales in foreign trade and means of payment, and the parties of the documentary credit and types of documentary credit, and the most important terms and conditions which are mentioned in the documentary credit, and presenting a practical case about documentary credit of goods exporting.
