Asharqia Chamber, represented by the Business Council in its branch in Qatif Governorate, organized on Sunday, August 15, 2021, a meeting to introduce the “Qiwa” platform at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, in which the director of marketing and communication for the platform, Abdul Aziz Dandini, spoke.
Dandini said that the platform provides services that allow the beneficiary to complete all work-related services with ease and complete automation. The services provided through the Qiwa platform aim to enhance digital transformation, facilitate the delivery of services, speed decision-making, increase the level of transparency, raise quality and improve beneficiaries’ experiences.
He explained that the platform is interested in providing an interactive tool for the owner of the facility to follow up on the progress of his facility in raising Emiratisation before the end of the Nitaqat grace period.
Dandini pointed out that the platform includes many sections that help the beneficiary to manage his business, such as the individual file section, which is the main source for the professional journey of citizens and residents, as it contains many documented information and the immediate professional visas section that enables enterprises to request and issue professional labor visas. . This service is intended for establishments that have achieved high Emiratization rates and are committed to working regulations.
The platform also includes the immediate issuance of professional and temporary visas for existing and newly established establishments, in addition to the immediate issuance of women's visas, the issuance of temporary work visit visas, and visas for specialized professions without endorsement, as well as regulating the internal environment in the establishments through the adoption of work regulations electronically.
The platform also includes a temporary work visit visa service, which enables the facility to bring a worker for a period of three months without the need to obtain a residence permit and a work permit without the need to extract the residence and work permit allows the holder to work in the Kingdom for a period of 90 days to enter a multi, issuing Saudization certificate, issuance, and renewal of work permits: enables business owners to issue or Renewing work licenses for expatriate employees, an electronic advisor for business owners that displays several vital indicators of interest to the owner of the facility, and many distinguished services.
And Dandini indicated that the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has established 4 pillars to facilitate business in the private sector, which is to enhance the importance of Emiratisation and compliance with the Ministry's regulations, improve the contractual relationship between the employee and the employer, involve the private sector and re-engineer policies.
