Under the patronage of his Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Region (East Commercial 2013 Forum), organized by the Eastern Chamber at (Wednesday 25 / September / 2013) with the participation of a number of experts and specialists, and representatives of a number of government departments related and large corporations. The head of the Chamber of Eastern Abdulrahman bin Rashid Al Rashid the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province n this event, will give additional impetus to topics and themes that will be discussed during the forum .. He pointed out that the forum will witness discussing a number of issues, to ensure that participants can provide what can be provided for the development of the commercial sector in the eastern region, and in the kingdo in general, as we seek to monitor all the parameters of growth in the commercial sector and work to strengthen them.
Objectives
AlRashed Said The objective of this forum is to outline to combat some of the negative phenomena that accompanied the local business such as commercial fraud and concealment, and to overcome the constraints common for commercial activities, and to promote competition in the market for the eastern region between the commercial sectors different, and the development of some commercial activities such activity re-Export ".He added that this event falls within the Eastern Chamber's efforts to develop a commercial activity, and monitoring of the most important and the most prominent features and constraints that limit movement and sustainability of the growth. AlRashed expressed hope in the success of this event, and to achieve the desired objectives in supplying the commercial sector contributing to the development of recommendations and develop and raise the level of its contribution to the overall development. Development
For his part, Chairman of the Commercial Chamber of Yusuf Bin Ahmed Al Dosari said that business activity in the eastern region is witnessing developments successive imposed facts geographical and historical emanating from the site of the region as the capital of Gulf industry, and its location on the line of commercial exchanges between the Kingdom and the GCC countries, as well as linked to the old trade with all of India, Yemen and other all that requires in this sector to meet to exchange views to develop this activity and to maximize the added value achieved for the national economy, and this is what we hope to achieve through this forum, organized by the trade Commission East Chamber.He added Al Dossary that the importance of this meeting under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, and the participation of the representatives of a number of government agencies concerned, confirming the government's keenness good on the development of trade performance and upgrade it to serve the public life in the region.. He expressed the hope that the forum dialogues and debates at the event are consistent with the importance of commercial activity in general, and in the eastern region in particular.
Procedures
For his part, the Secretary General of the Eastern Chamber Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Alwabel said that the Forum will be looking over three sessions , and by 8 worksheets specializing number of themes highlighted ( commercial traffic in light of economic globalization, and procedures in the ports and their contribution to the growth of trade, and trade regulations and enhancing competitiveness ) , where they are discussed a number of issues detailed fall under these themes .Alwabel said that the Chamber shown great willingness for quite some time in order to organize this event, which we hope will be a milestone for trade in the eastern region, so these sessions discussed topics detailed related to business side directly , and monitor its obstacles , offering images for this activity. Alwabel mentioned that the first meeting of the Forum, chaired by Professor of Management at the University of Dammam , Dr. Saleh Al Rasheed titled ( commercial traffic in light of economic globalization ), and during which the display and working papers , dealing with the first : (The role of electronic commerce in the Business Development ) and the Director- Executive Officer of national initiatives Rashid Al Ballaa , which deals with a number of aspects relating to electronic commerce . While dealing with the second sheet (high world prices and its impact on local markets) provided by the managing director of Muhaideb Food Company Bader Alujan where some of the findings madedirect to the phenomenon of rising prices in respect of the effects on the economy and society.

In the second session, titled (measures in ports and their contribution to the growth in trade) chaired by the Chairman of the broker Committee at the Eastern Chamber Walid Alguitar speaks (Advisor to His Excellency the Director General of the Customs Department Arabia) Isa bin Abdulla Essa for (the role of the Saudi Customs in facilitating trade movement) , where Alissa specifies the functions of customs, and new projects undertaken by the stakeholders, and the actions taken by stakeholders in cooperation with various stakeholders, As Alissa addresses in his paper to the actions carried out by the Customs Authority to facilitate the rescission process, and its role in the capture of counterfeit and prohibited fake goods, as Issa monitorthe achievements made by Customs in the scope of their work.
