"Restatex" launches later this month in a strategic partnership with the Asharqia Chamber.
Under the slogan "Your gateway to limitless opportunities," the Eastern Restatex Exhibition will kick off on Tuesday, October 31, and continue until November 3, 2023. The exhibition is under the patronage of His Royal Highness, Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, the Prince of the Eastern Province, and will take place at the Dhahran International Exhibitions Company (Dhahran Expo).
Restatex is one of the largest real estate exhibitions in the Kingdom, showcasing the latest real estate and investment projects. Many specialists, experts, and pioneers in the real estate sector are keen to attend, making it an opportunity to explore the latest innovations and real estate technologies.
Regarding the participation of the Eastern Chamber as a strategic partner in the Restatex Exhibition, Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al-Bassam, a member of the Eastern Chamber's Board of Directors and Vice Chairman of the Real Estate and Urban Development Committee, stated that the chamber's participation aligns with the chamber's strategic goals of empowering partnerships and exploring opportunities. He pointed out that the chamber will showcase its roles, activities, and advisory services related to promoting growth in the real estate sector through its participation in the exhibition.
Al-Bassam emphasized that the chamber attaches great importance to the real estate sector. This is evident through the study and analysis of various real estate-related issues and topics, organizing meetings and workshops that host officials and experts in the real estate field. Additionally, the chamber conducts various awareness activities, courses, and specialized training programs in the fields of construction, building, and real estate.
Al-Bassam pointed out that “Restatex” is the most important forum for real estate, housing, investment and financial decision-makers in the Kingdom, and brings together all those interested in real estate affairs, whether individuals or institutions, under one roof. He said: “The noticeable growth over the past few years in real estate investment has been consistent with the growth rates.” The high level witnessed by the national economy, as a result of the strong support that the sector enjoys from the state, represented in a package of administrative and investment facilities of various kinds, which provided a variety of investment opportunities in the sector and all related sectors.
The CEO of Ramtan for Exhibitions and Conferences, the organizing company of the Restatex Real Estate Exhibition, Mohammed Hussain Al-Faraj, expressed his pride and honor for the trust and patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, the Prince of the Eastern Province, in sponsoring this real estate event that has been running for more than 29 years. Al-Faraj also praised the support and participation of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, the Ministry of Housing, and the General Authority for Real Estate, as well as the Eastern Chamber, which serves as a strategic partner and supporter of the exhibition through informative forums and impactful workshops.
He noted that these initiatives incorporate general directions that contribute to achieving the goals of both the public and private sectors, aiming to enhance the real estate and housing landscape in the Kingdom. Al-Faraj expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the participating entities in the previous editions of the exhibitions over the past 29 years, where efforts and visions converged, making Restatex Real Estate Exhibitions one of the largest and most significant real estate and financial forums in the Kingdom.
