"Franchise is your strategic choice" workshop in Asharqia Chamber
Asharqia Chamber, represented by the Small and Medium Enterprises Center, organized on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, a workshop entitled "Franchise Your Strategic Choice", presented by Dr. Muhammad bin Dalim Al-Qahtani, Vice President of the Saudi Franchise Association.
Al-Qahtani said that the components of the franchise depend on several axes: attractiveness, short payback period, strong profitability, good operational evidence, training, and finally continued support.
Al-Qahtani explained that one of the lofty goals of the franchise is: to spread in all Arab and regional countries, provide high-quality products at competitive prices, provide the highest levels of customer service, create job opportunities for Saudi youth, obtain the largest share in the local and regional market, and maximize profit for the donor and beneficiaries of the trade name, in addition, to convey a civilized image of the distinguished Arab business, pointing out that the successful franchisee is the one who does not yawn and here requires maintaining support for the grantees to ensure quality and expansion and keep abreast of everything new offered by the donor.

The presence of effective and continuous training, both internal and external, to ensure the quality with which it can compete with others, stressing the need for a good operational manual that includes all operating activities and is written in a clear manner that is easy to implement and follow.
