"Best Working Environment Forum" tackling the job satisfaction level
16 specialist analyzes the practical reality through the 8 sessions held by next week
Eastern Chamber through its forum "Best working environment , towards better working environment" in cooperation with Team One Consulting Company on Tuesday and Wednesday, May 25 to 26, 2010 at the chamber headquarters in Dammam, under the sponsorship of Prince Mohamed Bin Fahad, Governor of the Eastern Region. In which discussing the appropriate solutions in building and improving the ideal work environment.
The Forum's scientific program will include professionals and students of the work environment , presenting a summary of their experiences in helping to raise the performance level in the work environment through 8 sessions over two days involving 15 specialist to provide important data and the latest achievements of theexperiment in the Kingdom.
In the second session participates both of Dr. Hilal Al-Tuwairq,i Chairman of AlTuwairqi Holding Group participates in the forum with Eng. Saleh bin Fahd Al Nozha, Chief Operating National Industrialization Company (Tasnee).
Dr. Wafi Dawood,Dubai Qality Board Director participates with a paper work discusses the role of leadership in building the ideal working environment in Kingdom as a culture upon which to build the ideal work environment.
Mr.Wael Bin Abdulrahman Al-Bassam, Human Resources Manager of AlZamil Industrial Investment t and Abdulwahab Saleh Al-Shaikh, Director of Human Resources Management andAdministration at Al Riyadh International Foods (McDonald's Saudi Arabia) speaks in the third session about investment in training within the global financial crisis.
AlNuaim emphasized that considered steps works as an appropriate solutions to improve the working environment, referring that studies are the only utility for professionals in data analysis to show weaknesses, He also noted to some names whom will participate within the program, led by Dr. Abdullah Bashen, President of the Board of Directors of the Company Team One Consulting and Bob Alai, General Manager of Work Force Management.
The participants two papers also address the direction of the most large establishments in the Kingdom into training through a contract with specialized companies provide training courses wishing to provide appropriate training for their employees to allow them to carry out the tasks entrusted to them with all the ability and proficiency .
On the second day Wednesday, May 26th, 2010 the session reviews the balance between human resources strategy and job satisfaction through working paper submitted by Peter Kelly, Deputy Executive Director of human resources in Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, also speaking at the fifth session of the Forum, which on the structure of salaries, wages, bonuses and methods used to reduce the career drop-out ,as salaries and wages is one of the basics of employee satisfaction with the working environment.
At the sixth session, Abdullah Al Fawzan,Managing partner of KPMG, and Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al Rifai, General Manager of Human Resources at Aziziyah Panda Ltd. In which they talk about most important strategies and keys of success to gain access to an ideal working environment.
The forum reviews in its eighth session through the speech of Osama Mohammed Saleh, Executive Director for Administrative services of Team One company about the extent of job satisfaction in the Kingdom through the competition for the best work environment through the results reached from the reality of Survey of job satisfaction on the participating companies on the list implemented late last year in 2009 with the participation of about 10 thousand employees as a selection representing the staff of participating companies.
