Real estate Prices in Paris Decline for the First Time in 15 Years
The old real estate prices continued to decline in France at the beginning of this year, as expected, but the surprise came with the decline in the price of apartments in Paris for the first time in 15 years.
According to an annual study, the average price for the square meter in the French capital fell since the end of last year and beginning of this year to 8300 Euros, while setting a high record in October at 8530 Euros.
