To ensure diversity in the sources of national income
Export Development Authority discuss the development of the capacity of exporters and training
The Board discussed the development of Saudi exports in the second meeting, which was presided over by Dr. Tawfig Alrabiah, Minister of trade and industry, the national plan for export and development capacities and training exporters, to review the latest developments in the work of the Commission. Dr. alrabiah noted at the beginning of the meeting, held at Headquarters in Riyadh recently, the governmental authorities represented in the Council by working to improve the environment in the Kingdom, in order to ensure diversity in the sources of national income in the future, praising the efforts of Council members and unlimited support which contributed to overcoming the challenges of small and medium enterprises wishing to export.
The Organization of Saudi exports development authority on the development of non-oil exports in the Kingdom, in order to improve the export environment of Saudi Arabia and stimulating their exports to world markets, thereby achieving diversity in tributaries of the national economy, where the Board functioning as main roles, approved by the Board of Directors of the Saudi export development by contributing to the development of policies and national export strategy, as well as assistance in solving export constraints facing factories internally and externally in cooperation with the relevant authorities.
The Commission is also working to increase awareness among exporters and development, and export promotion through participation in international specialized fairs and visits of business delegations in targeted markets, and providing information and statistics on export in addition to support in the provision of consultancy services for exporters. The Board meeting was attended by Ahmed Alhaqbani, Secretary General of the Saudi export development authority, Prince Saud Bin Khaled Al-Faisal bin Abdul Aziz, the General Authority for investment, and Ambassador Faisal Hashem, a representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Hussein Alshwaish the Ministry of Finance's, and Jaber Alshehri representing the Ministry of agriculture, Dr. Fahed Abu Hamid, a representative of the Ministry of trade and industry, representing the Saudi Fund for development, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Zamil, representing the Council of Saudi Chambers, and Sulaiman Al- Aloaid representing the company Saudi exports, Saleh hefni, Abdullah Al-obeikan, Ahmed Al ohali, Ahmad al abdul Latif.
