Contract with 260 million SR to complete the development of 'Ras Alkhair' Industrial area
The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu announced that Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Thunayan Al-Saud, Chairman of the Commission, has signed today a contract to develop the 'B area ' in the industrial city of Ras al-Khair, with a total value exceeding 260 million. The signing of the contract is in the context of the Commission's efforts to develop the infrastructure in cities, where the industrial city of Ras al-Khair is currently implementing a number of projects for basic equipment. Under the contract, the company' mastor bin Saad bin & co' will take the reasonability for the development of zone (B), site preparation, excavation and backfilling, the establishment of networks of roads, water, communications, and the project work will continue for 24 months. The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu had begun earlier in the development for area (A) in the industrial city of Ras al Khair for industries and processing site and remove the material and cut and move the soil down to the level of the final settlement. With the signing of the last contract, the total amount of contracts entered into by the Commission in the current year to create infrastructure in RA are seven contracts, with a total value exceeding 1.2 billion Riyals.
