Billion Riyals Cost of Sudair Industrial City Infrastructure Contracts
Dr.TawfiqAl-Rabiah,Ministerof Commerce and Industry, confirmedthat the contractssignedbytheSaudiIndustrialPropertyAuthorityinSudairCityexceeded one billionriyalsfor the infrastructure,dedicatedto250 factoriesso far.
He added that thedevelopment of the citywillbe done instages,as5percentof the total area has been completedat a cost of13million riyals,pointingoutthatthethird stagewillcostup to800million riyals.
