7 Arab Countries Witness Development in Women Participation in Business & Management World
A recent academic study stated that seven Arab countries have witnessed a clear development in women social identity and an increase in their participation in the world of business and management including 5 Gulf States.The study which was conducted by the Arab Open University and several universities including King Saud University under the title ''Attitudes towards women in leadership positions in the Arab countries'' showed that the change in political programs and economic development in Arab countries has led to the development of women social identity and the increase in their participation in the areas of business and management.
