The number of applications that was implemented by Execution Courts in Saudi Arabia during the first two months of the new Hijri year were amounted to 126,360 applications with a value of 28.8 billion riyals.
The commercial paper "Order Bonds" acquired about 65.7% of the number of applications for implementation in 822410 applications.
According to data from the Ministry of Justice - seen by AlEqtisadiah, Riyadh region topped the value of applications for implementation during the first two months of the new Hijri year by about 51% that worth 14.51 billion riyals with 35320 applications, followed by Makkah with a value of 7.8 billion riyals to implement 35951 applications.
The Eastern Province came in third place, which worth 3.3 billion riyals to implement 20804 applications, followed by the Asir region that worth 1.46 billion riyals, then Madinah area with 650 million riyals and 8871 applications.
The number of applications received by Qassim region reached 4285 applications worth about 362 million riyals, followed by Tabuk region with 4441 applications that worth 183.3 million riyals, and then Najran area that worth 97.7 million riyals to implement 1817 applications.
The Execution Courts in Albahah Region received 2504 applications that worth 40.4 million riyals, followed by Hail area of 85 million riyals to implement 1822 applications, and Al-Jouf area with 73.8 million riyals to implement 1668 applications, then the Northern Region of 37.2 million riyals to implement 1022 applications.
This comes at a time when the Ministry of Justice provides a lot of its services, where at the end of the last year, it provides about 20 million services varied for citizens and residents, in the field of jurisdiction and documentation, through all the digital and traditional ports, as well as millions of other support services such as thousands of communications and outreach media and about 19 million letters of notice limiting the need for court review in order to enable the beneficiary to follow up the proceedings through text messages.
The Ministry said that the total number of judicial hearings held during the past year were amounted to 1.8 million sessions, during which about 752 thousand judicial were ruled.
While more than half of those meetings took place in the three main densely populated areas, Riyadh courts held 466 thousand judicial hearings, Makkah 445 thousand sessions, while the Eastern Region courts came in third place with 246 thousand sessions.
The General Courts issued 242 thousand verdicts, the Criminal Courts issued about 196 thousand, Personal Status Courts had approximately 283 thousand verdicts, while the Commercial Courts issued about 29 thousand judicial judgment.
With regard to documentation, the Ministry indicated that its total operations were amounted to more than 2.5 million transactions, including real estate documentation, which totaled 805,000. The writings of justice issued about 1.6 million procurations, in addition to the dissolution of procurations and the documentation of companies' contracts, which exceeded 90 thousand operations by the end of the year.
