The Human Resource Development Fund donated 141 million riyals during the first quarter of this fiscal year for the training and employment of Saudis in the private sector. Yesterday, Ahmed Al-Mansour Al-Zamil revealed several statistics confirming that: 359 support initiatives were signed, and 12,956 empolyment opportunities were established for both men and women in fields needed by the labor market. It was also confirmed that 4,745 young men and women have already been employed.
Al-Zamil encouraged the institutions that have been burdened by the support agreements to hurry and submit there request for funds and to sign up for electronic transfer so that all eligable beneficiaries can reive the funds quickly.
He also said that the support program is considered one of the results of a field study conducted by an information consulting firm for the Human Resource Development Fund. The study focused on directing the flow of employees in order to strengthen production in designated sectors. He added that all supported employees will benefit. He also stressed that this program of incentives consists of both material support and training support.
With increasing frequency the Human Resource Development Fund and the Chamber have come together as an example in the field of small and meduim sized development projects. Yesterdays reminder of the cooperation for the support of both male and female citizens who are proprieters of small development projects should encourage the establishment of more of these projects and ensure their continuation. This will strengthen the cooperation between both sides in the area of support for proprieters of small development projects.
The reminder of the General Secretary of Public Administration, Fahd As-Sultan about what the Manager of Human Resource Development Fund has done has had its effect. Indeed the agreement will establish a strong starting point for the support and encouragement of independent work. Many people from different societal classes will benefit especially those who need to improve their financial situation. This is especially the case because it is a collective strategy between Public Administration and the Human Resource Development Fund. The Public Administration Departent participates by making sure that the program reaches every region Kingdomwide thru the Chamber of Commerce and Industry thereby reaching the youth and helping them as they begin the small programs for them and extending all forms of help to them.
The goal of this reminder is to strenghten cooperation between the two sides in the field of supporting proprieters of small development projects thru the program "Support for Proprieters of Small Development Projects" which is implemented by the Human Resource Development Fund. Thru this program monthly aid is given to proprieters of small development projects provided that they are under the supervision of one of the official administrative authorities for small development projects based on the fundamental principle of helping proprieters of small development projects by relying on the Saudi Public Administration Department as a supervising authority.
