The parallel market rose for a second consecutive session to close at 3109 points, gaining 64 points by 2 per cent.
Trading values rose 27 per cent by about 175,000 riyals to reach 831,000 Riyals at a rate of 11.5 thousand Riyals per transaction.
While traded shares fell 59 per cent by about 23 thousand shares to reach 15.8 thousand shares traded, a turnover rate of 0.10 per cent.
On the other hand, 41 transactions were down 36 per cent to reach 72 transactions.
The rise was led by "Al-Aseel Thobe" that rose 2.9 percent to close at 62.67 riyals, followed by "Al-Kathiri" of 2.8 percent to close at 30.05 riyals, and "Abo Moati" of 0.85 percent to close at 12 riyals.
The decline was led be "National Building & Marketing" that decreased by 19 per cent to close at SAR 54.20, followed by "Samaani" of 3.3 per cent to close at SAR 52.20.
The highest turnovers were "Al-Aseel Thobe" with a value of 738 thousand riyals, followed by "Alkathiri" with a value of 37 thousand riyals, and then "Raydan" that worth 21 thousand riyals.
