Asharqia Chamber extends its best regards to you, and informs you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (45511742/1) dated (21/5/1446 AH), attached to the letter of the Federation of Chambers of the Gulf Cooperation Council Countries No. (A G / 284) dated (12/11/2024 AD), which includes the decision of the Permanent Committee for Combating Harmful Practices in International Trade in the Gulf Cooperation Council Countries No. (60/16 G / 2024) regarding approval to accept the complaint of the Gulf industry and initiate an anti-dumping investigation against imports of the GCC countries of the non-reinforced glass product obtained by floating (flot) falling under customs items (70051000 - 700521000 - 70052900) originating or exported from the People's Republic of China and Iran.
The GCC Secretariat is keen to provide an opportunity for all interested parties who are not known to it to participate in the above-mentioned investigation and to defend their interests during the period specified in the announcement of the start of the investigation, which includes a copy of the questionnaires of the Gulf factory/producer, importer and Gulf consumer, which can be downloaded through the coding shown below.
