Digital Portal


To register or log in to the digital portal

  • - Have a valid subscription to Asharqia Chamber
  • - Visit the Digital Portal site and select log-in service
  • - Use NAFATH credentials to log in


  • To recover password

    • - Visit the Digital Portal of Asharqia Chamber
    • - Select the password recovery service
    • - Enter the national ID number registered with Asharqia Chamber.


    To add an establishment to the Digital Portal

    • - Log in to your account on the digital portal.
    • - Select the Add Establishment icon
    • - Select registration type/ Commercial Register or License
    • - Fill out required information, attach supporting documents, and submit application


    To update mobile phone number

    • You can modify mobile phone number through an account on the digital portal by modifying your personal information


    To complete an establishment’s data in the digital portal

    • - Log in to your account on the digital portal.
    • - Select Complete Establishment Data icon.
    • - Fill out required information, attach supporting documents, and submit application.


    To update an establishment’s data in the digital portal

    • - Log in to your account on the digital portal
    • - Select Data Update icon
    • - Fill out required information, attach supporting documents, and submit application.


    To add a new authorized person to the digital portal or remove an existing authorized person from the digital portal

    • - Log in to your account on the digital portal.
    • - Select Authorized Persons icon
    • - Renew requested service/ Add or cancel an authorized person or edit the data of an authorized person
    • - Fill out the data of an authorized person
    • - Send add request
    • - Authorized person to visit any of the Chamber’s branches to complete a signature addition application.


    To add balance to the wallet or recover balance on the digital portal

    • - Log in to your account on the digital portal
    • - Select My Wallet icon
    • - Select Add or Recover Balance service
    • - To add balance, specify the type of credit card, the amount to be added, and execute the request
    • - To recover a balance, an IBAN account number is required for the establishment’s senior executive or legal attorney, provided that the power of attorney stipulates for receiving cash amounts from the Chamber of Commerce.

    For sole establishment requirements

    • - A copy of valid commercial register
    • - A copy of the national ID of the senior executive and authorized persons
    • - Fill out a new subscription registration form, have it signed and sealed by the senior executive, upload the application through the digital portal, and deliver the original signature form to one of the Chamber’s branches or centers .
    • - If there is a legal power of attorney, it must provide as follows (If there is a legal power of attorney, it must provide as follows) Open subscription with the Chamber of Commerce or add signature with the Chamber of Commerce and renew subscription with the Chamber of Commerce or sign all documents with the Chamber of Commerce or manage Aamali)


    For company requirements

    • - A copy of valid commercial register
    • - A copy of the national ID of the senior executive and authorized persons
    • - A copy of the articles of incorporation, the partners’ decision, or the articles of association of joint-stock companies or sole proprietorships, if any
    • - Fill out a new subscription registration form, have it signed and sealed by the senior executive, upload the application through the digital portal, and deliver the original signature form to one of the Chamber’s branches or centers.
    • - If there is a legal power of attorney, it must be issued by the senior executive of the company and provide as follows (If there is a legal power of attorney, it must provide as follows) Open subscription with the Chamber of Commerce or add signature with the Chamber of Commerce and renew subscription with the Chamber of Commerce or sign all documents with the Chamber of Commerce or manage Aamali)


    For licensing requirements that do not require a commercial register

    • - A copy of a valid license.
    • - A copy of the national ID of the senior executive and authorized persons.
    • - Fill out a new subscription registration form, have it signed and sealed by the senior executive, upload the application through the digital portal, and deliver the original signature form to one of the Chamber’s branches or centers.
    • - If there is a legal power of attorney, it must provide as follows (Open subscription with the Chamber of Commerce or add signature with the Chamber of Commerce and renew subscription with the Chamber of Commerce or sign all documents with the Chamber of Commerce or manage Aamali)


    To renew subscription

    • - To renew commercial registries subscription, visit the Saudi Business Center website and submit an online application.
    • - Licenses and registries not required to subscribe are renewed through the digital portal of Asharqia Chamber.


    To transfer subscription

    • - Provide a copy of a valid commercial register or professional license
    • - Fill out a subscription form
    • - Visit the nearest Asharqia Chamber branch to complete transfer procedures


    To cancel subscription

    • - A copy of the cancellation certificate.
    • - Submit application through the establishment’s account on the digital portal.

    About Taqdeer

    • Taqdeer is a service provided by Asharqia Chamber to subscribed members, their families, and Asharqia Chamber employees. The services allows beneficiaries to obtain special offers and benefits from different sectors that contribute to providing best offers and promotions.


    How to get Taqdeer card

    • - Log in to the digital portal
    • - Select Taqdeer Program icon
    • - Select Add New Card
    • - Fill out beneficiary’s data from card
    • - The card is delivered electronically in an SMS to the beneficiary’s mobile phone
    • - How to join as a partner in Taqdeer Program

    • - Send ratification application.
    • - A text message approving the request is received.
    • - Print the document through My Applications icon.




    For Document Templates Ratification service

    • - The senior executive or authorized person to log in to the digital portal.
    • - Select Submit New Application icon.
    • - Select required template.
    • - Fill out the fields accurately and the amount will be deducted.
    • - Print document.

    • - A text message approving the request is received.

    • - Select Family Bringing Application.
    • - Enter Absher application number or Iqama number.
    • - A text message approving the request is received.
